I just got a naval piercing and I was supposed to get a triple frontal helix. He struggled with just getting two piercings done and so I said forget about the third piercing. I was there for over an hour and he charged me for tgreen piercings even though he only did two. He was an ass hole the entire time. He told me things lik if he can't get the ball on the piercing then I won't be able to. He said it would be near impossible to do the third piercing except other piercers do it all the time. He said to come back in 10 days so we can change the balls but that's a joke. If you want quality work find another piercer. Update: Today is the day after the piercing. The ball fell off of my naval piercing. It was 8:40 pm and three only place that I knew was open was Alley Cat. I rushed there because they were about to close and I asked her if she could put a ball on my ring since TJs was closed and after the rude service I got I didn't want to go back. A worker at Alley cat took one look at the piercing and said they couldn't do anything. I said because he did it wrong and they said yes. I wasn't surprised. Alley cat proceeded to tell me that it was done too deep and they have seen this before and there really isn't anything they can do about it other than take the piercing out. I asked about the double helix and if it could be a triple and they said it could but they pierced it too close so it would look weird. They proceeded to tell me they don't ever Pierce its a flat back labret stud because you can't clEan it properly because the backing is in the way. I had them take the jewelry out and they gave me advice on letting it heal so I can get it pierced in the future by someone who actually knows what they are doing. At alley Cat they were super kind, friendly and great service. They didn't even charge me for coming in and having them help me. They even apologized when they took out my jewelry because it hurt so badly since I couldn't properly clean out the blood that had built up fron TJs horrible job. He refuses to give me my money back despite there not being a sign in plain and obvious view of the area of purchase stating he doesn't give refunds like the law states. I will be taking further action to get my money back. I definitely recommend Alley Cat especially after saving me from TJS disaster.
