•I have never been treated so rudely before in my life! First, the shop is supposed to open at 12:00. We did get a phone call saying they would be late. Did not arrive until almost 2:00. Wanted payment up front, cash only. We were told they would be closing at 5:00. Two small tattoos in 2 1/2 hrs. Before starting on the third we were told they were leaving at 5:00 and wouldn't have time for the fourth one. We had a 1:00 appointment for the 4 of us. The last girl said that was unacceptable. The owner told her to get out of his shop. First of all we wanted 2 extremely easy tattoos. The owner blamed us and the freeway.Being number 3 I business practice I chose to leave with my friend instead of staying to get my tattoo. How these people got a five star rating I'll never know! I wouldn't give them 1/4 of a star. They deserve nothing!!! Worst business I've ever encountered. Would never recommend them to anyone!!!
